Been in a rental and Tippettres has been our landlord for 5 years here in Southaven MS. Love I can just text them or do maintenance request online. So far so good 😊
Very tentative and easy to get ahold of.
We have lived in a Tippett property for a year and will be resigning our lease this month. The only issue we have with our property is that the owner didn't have the attic and basement cleaned out when they bought the house so there are boxes, bags, and other things that previous occupants have stored, plus rat droppings which is gross. But that's really the responsibility of the owner. Tippett has been very attentive when we've had maintenance issues and when our air went out last summer they replaced it within 48 hours.
