I can't say enough good things about Tippet Richardson, particularly David Stewart! Moving internationally is no joke, but David and the rest of the team at TR made it easy to understand and provided exceptional customer service. After being ghosted by a few other moving firms who said a move to New Zealand from Canada was "a long way" and "probably expensive," (can we move past the obvious please) I was connected with David and it all fell seamlessly into place. Tippet Richardson (also called T-R Westcan) gave us the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. They changed our delivery date at the last minute, costing us hotel nights, flight changes, and disability service disruptions. They left our goods piled in the lobby, lost a valuable box, misplaced bolts necessary for our dining table (see photo of our makeshift box table after the move) and even dropped my husband’s Apple computer in front of onlookers.
