We’ve had the opportunity to work alongside the Vancouver team on commercial projects, and the experience has been excellent. Communication was clear, coordination was smooth, and timelines were handled professionally from start to finish. The team is organized, responsive, and takes pride in their work. We look forward to continuing to work together and would confidently recommend them for commercial relocations and logistics support.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. During my recent move with Tippet Richardson, the crew arrived over 6 hours late, which completely disrupted our plans. They also came without basic tools like box cutters and used our steak knives to cut open boxes, leaving them damaged. Several of our belongings were harmed in the move, including my husband’s music amp and a suitcase. We submitted all documentation requested for the amp months ago.
