Had an appointment and was notified the business was closing and canceled on me 2 hours before I was supposed to come in, even after confirming my appointment the day before. Received a very unnecessary text, calling me a cheap customer( having never even met me and accused me of bullying, for simply stating notifying me the day of my appointment the shop was closing was unprofessional). I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received.
3 hours plus for gel x & pedi. Proof of my appointment in the photos. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY SERVICE TOOK PLACE INSIDE OF TIPPED IN TAMPA.
Had to opportunity to get a Russian pedicure from Jordan and it was amazing! She takes her time and provides a wonderful experience with a terrific result. Would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a clean and professional salon with a knowledgeable and skilled owner.
