I changed my dog from Vandalia Vet to Tipp City last year for a multitude of reasons, but since doing so, we have had nothing but the best care for our dog and been treated with respect and we don’t feel stupid after asking questions that vets might think we shouldn’t be asking. My last vet always made me feel stupid for asking questions, but not here. We see Dr. Jacob and we love him. He is relatable and very easy to speak to. Our dog has boarded there on multiple occasions and they have treated him so well. Know he is well taken care of when we are away.
We’ve been clients at TCVH for years and have had nothing short of exceptional experiences till a few days ago. I delayed writing a review for a few days as to get over my frustration first. We scheduled an appointment with “whoever was available” because our dog needed to be seen soon but not emergent. Our appointment was with Dr. Susan who didn’t seem to be concerned with our dogs anxiety and comfort level. Everyone is so so kind at TCVH! 💜 The facility is very cozy & clean! 🥳 My little yorkie enjoyed his week being cuddled by the amazing staff during 1:1 time & I knowwww he loved his daily peanut butter kongs! 😂
We love Dr. Jacob and the care and whole staff here! Our first grooming experience was also awesome!
