Made the completely wrong part charge me a 100 plus dollars for it. Told me to come back the next day, When they were closed to pick up a replacement, Unbelievable waste of time and money they only have one job and they did it wrong

After going to several companies that deal with hydraulic hoses I found TIPCO. What a GREAT job they did finding the parts I needed. Mr. Tanner Barr assisted me, he was very helpful and informative. He said if I would leave my new hydraulic cutting shears with him he would locate the parts needed. He said the parts should be in next week and they were.
