We had a great experience. Bought several pairs of boots and a hat. Loved the lady that helped us. She was so sweet. Even recommended a fantastic place to eat!

I love this place. We have been patrons of this store my whole life. We rodeo all over and their hat shaping skills are second to none!! Best western store ever!
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I found a motorcycle jacket that I "couldn't live without" yesterday and am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you to the young lady that showed me around the store, and to the gentleman that help me find a pair of harness boots.
Long story short I was passing through Ft. Smith on a work assignment with my airline and discovered Tip Top while walking around. I found a pair of boots I've been searching for all around the South, for months, in my size with the help of the staff. When an issue was found with one of my boots, I called the store as I live in another part of the country, and was helped in the greatest way by Sam to rectify my situation.
