Extremely friendly service on the phone and later in person. Picked up a great pair of US-made Justin boots, very ably helped by several staff members. Store is cavernous, location is prime and customer service and prices are right on point. I'll continue to frequent this family-owned business (for about 70 years!) over Cavenders any day. You should too!
