My boyfriend ordered a camo vest for his senior prom. All he wanted was the vest and I planned my dress and everything around it and it never came in.
I was told tux started at $99 so I sent my son to go there to get a tux (we live about an hour away), they charged him $160!! We could have gotten one cheaper in our own town and now he has to drive 6 hours for this tux! I was not able to go so I feel like they scammed a high school student for prom!!! I will not send anyone that way!
My tuxedo didn't arrive until 1 day before the wedding, which I thought was cutting things very short... the tuxedo didn't fit well and didn't smell like it had been cleaned... I couldn't return the tuxedo until Tuesday and was charged a late fee... give me one day to pick it up and one day after the wedding to return it... very poor customer service in my opinion.
The service and delivery of the product was not ideal. We received wrong pieces and discovered it the morning of the wedding when the groomsmen were all together. One groomsman had a silver vest and the rest had blue ones that matched the tuxes. Service and communication leading up to the wedding day was also spotty.
Service was terrible. Was informed a week before the wedding that the wrong color was ordered, then after selecting correct color was informed day before the wedding (upon inquisition) that the correct color wouldn’t be available. Several jackets were too small causing groomsmen to exchange with each other during photos. Tip Top Tux delivered stress and headaches, and took time away from grooms dinner as groomsmen were still struggling to get apparel the night before the wedding. Ridiculous. Will never come back.
