My bridesmaids and I dropped in at short notice after having a less than pleasing experience at another bridal shop. I had booked tuxes with with Tip Top earlier and remembered they carried some bridesmaids gowns. Not only were they willing to help us, but they had all the sizes for my ladies to try on, got our measurements done quickly, got us laughing and walked us through the ordering process. I have NEVER seen a business that was so unprofessional in my life.. Ordered tux for grandson for his Mom's wedding in February. Come June and no tux. Stacy lied and snuck out and no tux. Had to "patch together" a tux for him to wear to give his mom away in. Disgusting behavior. Go anywhere else or take your chances.
Unreal, 5 ppl working 15+ppl waiting in line for over 1/2 hour each! Poor customer service!!!
Bad customer Service. They never called us when the vest came in. When we got it home we realized it wasn’t even the color they ordered. Not helpful at all
They recalled our tux design a month before our wedding and told us we had to come in to choose new ones. When we came in, there were not enough staff to help and long lines waiting. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them.
I wasn't impressed with the staff. a gentleman helped my son with his prom tux and just stood there never asked how it fit or felt. I had to ask my son. i didn't think they were very helpful.
