We took our VW Routan to Tip Top Transmission (as per Utah Imports' suggestion) after it got stuck in 2nd gear in September 2014. They recommended a transmission service and software update. The man there said that the update was 99% likely to fix our problem. The day it was ready, I paid about $350, thanked them, got in my car, and drove away. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to these guys. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck and it had issues from the get go that they assured me were normal then 15000 miles later it blew up. They would not take responsibility for there mistake and wanted to charge me again to rebuild it. They do not put out a quality product and do not stand by their work.

These guys know transmissions! I took my 05 Cummins diesel in with a blown trans.these guys built my Trans and had it back in my truck in a little over a week and it runs great. My Cummins is by no means stock I would recommend these guys! great work at a fair price! thanks
