This company has the best customer service!! I had a Celebration of Life for my husband. I got a quote from Hoosier Tent (VERY EXPENSIVE), then I got a quote from Tip Top Tents - VERY affordable, half the price of what the other company quoted, and I got a fan too. They were very professional, perfect tent, quick set up and super fast tear down. I was amazed how affordable they were and just an overall great customer service, stellar product & pricing. You can't go wrong with this company. Would give 10 stars if I could.
We had a great experience with Tip Top Tents for our wedding. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth and professional, and the tent itself was absolutely perfect for our day. Everything was set up on time and the tent and lighting exceeded expectations! Their pricing also came in lower than several competitors we looked at, which was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event or wedding!
Our event date has been changed, nevertheless, they have arranged chairs and tables for the new dates. They are very professional and reasonably priced.
