Ordered a suit as part of a groomsman package, paid in full on ordering and was told the fittings and alterations would be included. When the suit arrived, we scheduled an appointment with the tailor. When we arrived we were told the tailor wasn't there and as a slot wasn't booked with the tailor for the alterations he couldnt do it - even though the wedding wasn't for a month and they advertise "quick alterations ".
