Went to Vaughn Mills and had a poor customer service experience including, misinformation, combativeness, and lack of stock. Additionally, was told that other locations could not help me nor was provided any information regarding other locations, aside from being told, “the other stores call us for stock so they don’t have what you’re looking for either.” Decided to go to the Woodbridge location (only 10 mins away) and had the opposite experience.
