Very bad customer service. The indian sales rep at the Kamloops store is always arrogant, disrespectful and rude.
Whent in needing a suit for a upcoming event. The staff was very helpful with finding the right fit for me. Also helped to make sure the i got the right shirts. Great service will come back.
Good menswear store, good quality products and selection. The staff there is also helpful and not at all pushy. They will also order items in if you like something but they do not have it in your size in the store. Only complaint is that it is a smaller sized store. Other than that, highly recommend it.
