We entered the store to buy a shirt and tie for my fiancé to wear for our wedding. After a wait, the employee measured my fiancé and got him a shirt to try on. My fiancé tried on the shirt, liked the fit, and we went to buy it. After yet another wait at the checkout desk, the employee informed us that there was a buy one get one at a discount deal, so we asked if he could grab us a blue shirt in the same size. I was in your Owen Sound location last Friday The store manager you have working for you is the most disrespectful man i’ve ever encountered never will I shop at Tip Top Tailors again. He was too occupied with his cell phone to give us the help we needed. avoid shopping here at all cause it’s not worth the disrespect you receive.
