The service we received when purchasing a suit for my husband to attend his daughter's wedding was fantastic! However, very disappointed in the altering process! We were told 2 weeks, took 4 weeks! Went to pick up the suit and there were threads, fluff, dust on the jacket, the back of the jacket had a large crease down the back of it. The shirt was NOT pressed and looked terrible!! We spent $700 on a suit and to have it returned to us like this was disgusting! Terrible service!! Will not recommend to anyone!!

I bought a suit jacket and pants at the North Bay location and dealt with Jon and Allie. Both these employees were very professional and my purchase was ready on time as promised. I will use this store in the future for any suit needs.
