What a great staff and a great experience. I went to the North Bay Mall and within seconds of walking into the store, I was met by Rakesh. A simple “hello and a welcome” and “here if you need any help”. I’m not sure if he knew how many questions I had. He however answered all and helped me find everything I was looking for. Amazing service! John had the best ideas and recomendations to the needs for my occasion. Would highly recommend people conversing him for a better opinion on suits and accessories.
This is my favourite Tip Top Location. All of the staff are happy to help from the moment you walk in. Shout out to their newer girl Katie, she is always ready to make me laugh. I have never left a review but I had to make an account just to give this store a shout out.
Every time I go in to Tip Top John gets me everything I need. Always a great experience
