Very pleased with how well our sliding doors are working now. Joseph did a great job. Some locks weren't working properly but, after maintaining the tracks and balancing the doors they are fine. Happy about that as they are non standard and would have been very expensive to replace. We will be using Tip Top again

The folks at Tip Top were great to work with. However, after a few days, one of my problems returned. A family member is wheelchair bound and couldn't open the slider wide enough for the chair to pass thru. The tech replaced the track and a roller. It seemed to fix my issues, but in a few days, the door started to bind again. Also, shards of metal were found in the track.
