Tip-Top Roofing restored our commercial flat roof. At first we leaned toward removing the old roof and replacing with a new TPO or cap sheet roof. We called several roofing contractors in Moreno Valley and Riverside for estimates. After Tip-Top Roofing gave us our free roof inspection, they told us rather than replacing our roof it could be restored with spray foam and an acrylic coating.
