Tip Top Roofing is an amazing family owned business and it shows! I got several bids on my new roof and was surprised at how much lower Tip Top came in with their bid. I couldn't believe that they didn't require any money until the job was completed, who does that these days? I'll tell you, nobody! Tip-Top Roofing restored our commercial flat roof. At first we leaned toward removing the old roof and replacing with a new TPO or cap sheet roof. We called several roofing contractors in Moreno Valley and Riverside for estimates. After Tip-Top Roofing gave us our free roof inspection, they told us rather than replacing our roof it could be restored with spray foam and an acrylic coating.
