This company has been sold to a man who does not operate it as did the original owner of this company, Steve, is a man of excellent character. Chris Ramirez is the new owner since January 2025, and I would warn prospective customers to BEWARE of him. Here's why. I have known the original owner, Steve, for yrs now, who has done minor repairs on my roof. Four years after initially doing my roof, Steve came back to fix a leak that had developed and would not stop until it was fixed. It gives me great satisfaction to be able to call upon a company who stands behind its warranty and I would recommend them to anyone interested in solid roofing work.

I had a leak in my shed and Tip Top did my roof and fixed the leak. They did a great job. The roofers who came were friendly, polite and hard working. Very happy with the result.

Tip Top Roofing does an amazing job very fair on pricing, when they came out to do the estimate Steve was very friendly and kind. The quote itself was done very professionally and I really appreciate the work they put into their customer service.

The owner Steve is trustworthy, professional and extremely customer service oriented. He inspects the finished roof and is very meticulous about the finished results. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend his company.
