The Tip Top company damaged the gutters and they did not pay fir replacement
I selected TipTop as my roofer based upon work seen across the street, and based upon research conducted at my request by my son. A friend of his is working to create his own roofing firm, and his reply to my son's query was "TipTop is good work." on the strength of those factors, I made an appointment to sit with a representative, whose informed and low pressure sales manner reinforced the positive previous impressions. Nick was my salesperson and was a very agreeable person. Had the upgrade on roof shingles, ridge vent and plywood replaced. The crew were polite and completed the job in a day, including replacing the plywood. The next day, it became obvious the upgrade ridge vent had issues. The call was made and within a short period of time they came back and corrected. It was also note to Nick that one of the replaced plywood had caused a ripple in the shingles.
