Look no further for your roofing needs. Tip Top beat the completion price wise by miles. You don’t pay anything until the job is done to your satisfaction. Guys got here on time. Did the work. Cleaned up until everything was spic and span. The lead man, Jon Delaney, was knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish all contractors were as easy on the nerves as Tip Top.
These guys replaced my 3 season room roof. Despite several small setbacks, they did their best and have very good customer service. Make sure you get all their intentions in writing as sometimes details slip through the cracks. John D. is a salesman so perform your due diligence when verifying work to be done. Most of the crew did not speak English. They have a good labor warranty aside from the usual materials warranty. Double-check for nails after they go over with magnet. A quote from Tip Top Roofing Inc.: “…during roof stripping, thousands of nails are often dislodged and may remain in the grass, sand, or other areas despite our best efforts. We routinely inspect and clean the worksite using magnets; however, some nails may remain hidden." I had several problems with this company that were mostly resolved. John is a salesman which I did not know beforehand. Robert, the owner, came to my house today 8-13-25 to re-assess the job. His price is very reasonable and I accepted the bid over 3 other contractors to repair my leaking 3-season room (sunporch) roof. The crew is working on the roof today, 9-11-25, and every thing is looking good. Will update when the jobs are finished. They are also replacing shingles on my front porch.
