John is a salesman which I did not know beforehand. Robert, the owner, came to my house today 8-13-25 to re-assess the job. His price is very reasonable and I accepted the bid over 3 other contractors to repair my leaking 3-season room (sunporch) roof. The crew is working on the roof today, 9-11-25, and every thing is looking good. Will update when the jobs are finished. They are also replacing shingles on my front porch.
Full roof replacement. Great quality work at a fair price. The process was very transparent and they did exactly what they said they would. No games. Highly recommended.
Did get the owner, Robert to call me after John D. contacted me via text and told me their company "may not be the right fit for the job" after I rejected 3 other contractors' bids! I have John's proposal in my email to REPAIR my 3-season leaking porch roof to it's original specs (2x6" rafters). He was at my home twice to review the job and NEVER stipulated that it had to be rebuilt to code and his price for his first of two options reflected that. Now I am without a contractor. It was a 90 degree day and the crew was awesome. They worked so hard and had all the work done in one day. The salesman was so easy to deal with. Everyone was so nice! And they came in $5000 less than another roof company. I highly recommend them.
