I would strongly urge anyone against renting an apartment from this property management company. I lived in 33 Withers, Brooklyn for 1.5 years until I had to move out due to concerns for my safety due to carbon monoxide (CO) exposure. Over the past year, there were multiple instances of the fire department responding to high levels of carbon monoxide in the building.
