Went here for the first time because the reviews were good, but by the end of the appointment we were left our appointment a bit surprised. It started out good and the techs are definitely nice, but as the appointment went on there was a rush of customers. The 2 techs started to get sloppy with our pedicures and manicures. Some of my cuticles got clipped too short and started to bleed, and it was never cleaned up. The nail prep for the gel was poor. Gel polish is on my skin. I had the most amazing experience getting my nails done! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. The space felt peaceful and welcoming, which made it easy to completely unwind while being pampered. It honestly felt like a mini escape from the day. The nail design completely blew me away. The attention to detail was incredible, and Betty took her time to make sure everything looked absolutely perfect. You can tell they truly care about their craft. Betty is amazing!!! I usually do a neutral color with dipping powder and I'm always really happy with how it turns out. I went outside my comfort zone and she did these awesome Seahawk nails for me leading up to the Super Bowl
