Pros: Great prices. You can't beat $25 shellac manicure, $20 without the manicure. Love the coupon idea! After 4 visits, you receive $5 off your next service. I have been going to Tip Top Nails over 4 years now. I have enjoyed any lady that has worked on me, especially Tammy and Jesse. The men on the other hand, work to fast to get you in and out. I wasn't happy with the two I have had. I will aways ask for Jesse now.
