Ask for Hayle. She is always book. I ask for help with a ingrown toenail and they ask me to do the whole pedicure: nothing was done and I felt cheated because she say she can help me out with my situation and later she told me not. Previously I had gone to another nails salon and they did the same. Please don’t tell people you can do & them you don’t! The it’s not right :(

First and foremost I don’t believe they clean the equipment they use which is a complete disregard for people’s health. Aside from that, I only went in for them to clean up my cuticles and they couldn’t even do that. They charged me 63$ for no work and the lady that came in next to me got a full set of nails and a pedicure and they only charged her $30. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 (now 51), always make an appt with Jenny and ONLY Jenny…she is the absolute BEST! When she’s been out the only other person I go to is Heidi who is also fabulous. Both ladies know/remeber exactly how I want my nails (ie: shape, length, powder to use, etc…) my daughter also gets her nails done with Jenny and is just as satisfied with her as I have ALWAYS been.
