This was my first visit to this salon—and I believe it will be my last. The place lacks organization and cleanliness. The service was passable, but considering the price point, I expected something better. My daughter requested a rainbow-colored design, but the technician claimed she was unable to execute it. She painted my daughter's fingernails but neglected her toenails. Obsessed, she did such a good job, she added so many details to a classic look.
Ask for Hayle. She is always book. I ask for help with a ingrown toenail and they ask me to do the whole pedicure: nothing was done and I felt cheated because she say she can help me out with my situation and later she told me not. Previously I had gone to another nails salon and they did the same. Please don’t tell people you can do & them you don’t! The it’s not right :(
First and foremost I don’t believe they clean the equipment they use which is a complete disregard for people’s health. Aside from that, I only went in for them to clean up my cuticles and they couldn’t even do that. They charged me 63$ for no work and the lady that came in next to me got a full set of nails and a pedicure and they only charged her $30.
