I went to get dip powder on my nails, and the lady at the front desk does the nails too & was too distracted on her phone. Answering phone calls and doing other things in between my service. So she missed steps on my nails and the day after I got to the beach, one day after my nails were done, they popped off individually and I just went up there to let her know that I would like them redone, since they only stayed on for 2 days and she refused to replace them.
