Now this is a building. It's beautiful, always clean and looking amazing, the staff is super helpful, and of course the ease of moving someone in or out is top level. Definitely one our favourite buildings to work in!
Lived here for almost five years now - it's an exceptional building with truly incredible staff. Concierge, cleaning, and management do an incredible job and constantly go above and beyond. Mike the building manager is particular is so incredibly helpful and ensure the building and resident needs are always taken care of.

One of my absolute favourite loft building’s in the city! Always love showing my clients the uniquely styled suites here. Soaring ceiling heights, spacious suites, large windows, good sound proofing, good amenities, proximity to the Lake, water taxis, trails, parks, shops, transit and more.
