One of my absolute favourite loft building’s in the city! Always love showing my clients the uniquely styled suites here. Soaring ceiling heights, spacious suites, large windows, good sound proofing, good amenities, proximity to the Lake, water taxis, trails, parks, shops, transit and more. Plus, most of the utilities are included in the maintenance fee. Feel free to contact me if you’d like more information or if you’re looking to sell, buy or lease here.
Concierge is not helpful with any process. Seems clueless and unwilling to assist.
