Mark and Shanti have been doing a wonderful job with training our puppy, Buster. They have also been patiently training us. Very happy with Buster's progress over the last couple of months. Thank you for helping us transition into puppy parents. We highly recommend you two and Tip Top K9.
Mark was absolutely amazing with our dog Rocky. During introduction he promised we would have results. After our first session we are already seeing the potential of how obedient Rocky will be! Although the most important part is that he is teaching my boyfriend and I how to do it ourselves. This way we will always have the knowledge to keep Rocky in check and use it for our future dogs as well.
Kentrell was very professional and treated me dog with kindness. He’s so great he even watches my dog sometimes. I had issues with reactivity and now I’m able to take my dog out and about !
DO NOT CALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPAMMED! I called this place back in April to get pricing. Unfortunately I ended up not opting in for any training. They started calling me almost every other day. I let them know I was no longer interested and asked to be put on the do not call list. Until for some reason this past week (november) they have been calling me from an Oklahoma number and hanging up almost immediately when I go to answer. I’ve blocked the number but decided to share this due to the lack of professionalism.
I’ve had a great experience working with Mark at Tip Top K9! The training really helped me gain confidence in learning the skills I needed to reinforce wanted behaviors with my dog, and the trainers worked wonderfully with my dog. I also really appreciate their flexibility with scheduling and how accessible they’ve been for ongoing questions and support. Highly recommend!
