We recently had our roof done by Tip Top Contracting. I really liked that they contacted us right away and accessed our needs without delay. Had a request with a quick deadline for interior wall and kitchen cabinets painting, as well as little jobs inside for a "glow up" getting ready to sell the house. So I met Arron today. Super nice guy, professional and very reasonable prices! He took care of my problem and addressed future issues. I highly recommend this company. He is old school and has your needs always in mind.
Aarron looks like an enterprising business owner, I am concerned my ice dam issue, he checked my roof and vent, suggested to replace a smaller vent and promise it gonna significantly avoid the ice dam. We will see this coming winter. I feel good about his job swapping the vent.
Arron was knowledgeable and fixed our venting issue. He took the time to ask questions and determine exactly what was required so that he could come prepared for the job and have it repaired in one trip for an extremely reasonable price.
