There is NOTHING tip top about this service. First of all, what company charges you for a "full detail" prior to the detail being made. What this does is guarantee the not so "tip top" shop gets paid whether the detail was good or not. In this case, this "full detail" was a very good car wash, none of the services I received is for a full detail.
