I have ordered beneficial predators from this company three times now. Once, some insects arrived dead. Another time, they forgot to include release boxes I ordered, which I needed for a time-sensitive release of some insects. In both instances, customer service followed up to send me replacements, but those oversights caused inconvenience with beneficial insect release timing on my end. While this company offers good products at a competitive price, I would not recommend if your application is time-sensitive.

I ordered the 300 pack of live lady bugs. When they arrived at my house they were dried out and all very much not alive (like they hadnt been for a while). I emailed the company letting them know and I asked for a refund. Which I feel is reasonable considering I spent almost $30 for nothing. I sent them the pictures I attached below. I would like to provide Tip Top Bio Control with an outstanding review here on the Google platform. Last week, I spoke to a woman by the name of Raven and she provided me with excellent customer service regarding the nematodes application. She was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and I truly would like management to know this. I thank this company for having an employee like Raven!
