I lived here in 2022-2023. The apartment management and the price is the best you can get in this area. The elevators are huge, so you can get large furniture in easily. They were very proactive with pest control, which is a double edged sword. Anticipate them asking for access to the apt once a month. This part isn’t their fault, but the neighborhood is really bad. Great place to live. Very convenient as far as location and reasonable as far as rent. Great staff as well.. My girlfriend has lived here for years and we've never had issues..
They have really good food there and they got one of the best waitresses there I’ve ever met her name is Josie and she is great friendly and goes beyond to serve you
Had a great time living here for 3 years. Management is responsive and maintenance was very timely. Beautiful units as well with high ceilings, GIANT windows, and an industrial feel. Close to many attractions in Omaha downtown area. Would stay if I wasn't moving out of state. Highly recommend.
