Had a great time living here for 3 years. Management is responsive and maintenance was very timely. Beautiful units as well with high ceilings, GIANT windows, and an industrial feel. Close to many attractions in Omaha downtown area. Would stay if I wasn't moving out of state. Highly recommend.
The best rentals in downtown Omaha. We called TipTop home for 3 years and had a great experience. The lofts are very spacious with high ceilings and modern fixtures. Management (Kathy & Jacquelyn) are very communicative and on top of things! Text reminders were always appreciated along with the fun events they host to bring the community together. Spoke to a very nice person named Jacquelyn and she answered all my questioned. Sadly, there is a NO pets allowed policy so I won't be moving in anytime soon.
Very engaged staff Jacqueline was able to answer all of my questions while looking at different options. Would recommend again and again!
Jacquelyn was so helpful and polite! She answered all my questions. Helped show me all the 2 bedrooms she has available. She even gave me some recommendations on things to do in the area. 10/10 recommend this because of Jacquelyn!
