The service was great but they had several customers who made me feel uncomfortable. They were sheltered females who have very little interactions and weird perceptions about Black men and they couldn't hide it.
After going here for several months and getting dip powder changes(charged $40 each time per the service menu), they attempted to charge me $45 today. When I questioned the up charge, I was told it was because different technicians charged different prices. I have used a different technician each time, and was never charged a different amount. The service I received, today, was sub-par when compared to my other experiences, yet they attempted to charge me more. I will not be back.
Young lady was very rude when I asked her to shape my nail. She insisted to let someone else do it. She was very abrupt. Not usually the service I get.
Horrible! Got my toes down and my left big toe was hurting after getting it done, woke up the next morning to it swollen. If I could rate 0 stars I would !
