Been going to this salon since 2019, but something has changed. Today, I was cut twice with no apology or effort to stop the bleeding. The polish on my nails was so thick that it peeled off while I was trying to pay. My toes looked worse coming out than when going in. The gentleman, that I believe helps manage the salon, was trying to be helpful & repainted my nails after I told him that I wouldn't be back. At first, it was good. But then they cut me every time with the drill. They don't keep to their appointments. Then they had different people all the time and they didn't speak any English. One guy had long nails that jabbed my fingers.
The service was great but they had several customers who made me feel uncomfortable. They were sheltered females who have very little interactions and weird perceptions about Black men and they couldn't hide it.
