Went in at 5:15 for a full set was told “we can get you next it’ll be about five minutes pick color so I want to do so as I’m looking through the Neal demos. I was told come back tomorrow. We have something we have to do” OK, I get it. People are busy after work. No big deal then someone walks in And as I’m walking out, I hear them tell this person it’ll be five minutes go pick a color. This was completely unprofessional and unappreciated. Had a great experience and he did my nails perfectly. Will return
I got a manicure with gel polish. No lotion or oil was used on my hands. He did clean the nail beds and cleaned up the cuticles. The experience was mediocre. I would not recommend them for a manicure.
Assumed i was diabetic. And refused service. Do not recommend!
