Went to get my nails done last month and had the best experience, I had no issues with my nails. Fast forward to the beginning of this month and I took my 2 year old to get my nails redone and she was not having it for some reason this day she wanted to be in my lap, well the guy was busy so the lady did my nails. Went in at 5:15 for a full set was told “we can get you next it’ll be about five minutes pick color so I want to do so as I’m looking through the Neal demos. I was told come back tomorrow. We have something we have to do” OK, I get it. People are busy after work. No big deal then someone walks in And as I’m walking out, I hear them tell this person it’ll be five minutes go pick a color. This was completely unprofessional and unappreciated. Had a great experience and he did my nails perfectly. Will return
I got a manicure with gel polish. No lotion or oil was used on my hands. He did clean the nail beds and cleaned up the cuticles. The experience was mediocre. I would not recommend them for a manicure.
Assumed i was diabetic. And refused service. Do not recommend!
