Worst place ever! Their wax is extremely dirty it severely damaged my face. Immediately my face was burning. I asked the salon staff for rubbing alcohol and they refused to give it to me causing my face to breakout everywhere the wax was applied. They DID NOT CORRECTLY APPLY My lashes! The personal glued the individual lashes to my real lashes which caused my real lashes to be pulled out by the roots. This thinned my real lashes causing permanent damage. I've been there several times for both mani's & pedi's and have always been happy. (providing I get in early on the weekend before it get's busy - this is a very popular place) When I went the wait time was non-existant and I was out in a relatively short time. I work all week and don't want to spend hours at the nail salon on my day off, so I was very pleased with this. I only like clear polish in my fingers, but they take the time to put on base AND top coat as well - a step-up from the place I used to go.
