I called to make an appointment and was answered with just "Hello". It took me a fraction of a second to realize that this was a business. She immediately hung up on me. When I called back I was told that I didn't say anything last time and she hung up on me again before I could even get a word in. I've been going there about 3 times a year for a Mani/Pedi and always tipped 20%. I even bring my own polish. I'm never going back. I won't spend a dime in that place after the unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced today.
Best pedicure I’ve had in a LONG time.
I went here yesterday for my first time and my experience was AMAZING!! Pedicure was phenomenal she was super gentle, then I got a full set with cat eye and again, PHENOMENAL WORK. She earned a forever customer because I received the best. Thank you Vinh!!!
