Probably one of the best customer service nail salons i’ve been too. they were really busy but so respectful and patient with everyone
The lady had no idea what she was doing. broke my nail using a drill, then just left me there bleeding and left ! Didn’t even bother to check what happened to me or even apologize. horrible experience
No me gusto nada la atencion al cliente. Las chicas son muy groceras te tratan muy mal y hacen todo muy rapido sin detenerse aver si lo estan haciendo bien tratan de terminar rapido y te dejan ahi sin ponerte nada en las uñas al final dejan las manos todas resecas. Fue primera vez y que que vengo a este lugar y la ultima no vuelvo a poner un pie en este negocio
I went there with a friend who had positive experiences before, and I will say that the pedicure I received was great. However, I had one acrylic nail that needed a repair as you can see from the photo the colors don’t match, which I completely understood however, the nail is crooked, and despite my noticing that at the time that the tip was put on and again asking for it to be fixed was told repeatedly “it’ll be repaired when I do the shape.” Overall, I would NOT recommend this place because They don’t practice strong custo... read more
Las señoras son muy groseras! Pésimo servicio! Además de precios super altos! No es la primera vez que me hago pedicure y manicure en un Spa y este resultó ser el peor para mi! Tratan de terminar rápido con uno sin terminar el trabajo por completo me dejaron los dedos y manos resecos no me hecharon ni crema ni nada hasta que s ellos dije y lo hicieron de muy mala gana!
