Tip N’ Toe staff are the BEST! Always cheerful and friendly. I LOVE the calm, clean, relaxing, beautiful ambiance. Aaand most importantly I LOVE my nails each and every mani/pedi. I love all the technicians but this past time I had Crystal and told her I wanted my nails the color of the lakes I would soon be visiting in the Canadian Rockies. Wow did she ever nail it! They are perfect and make me so happy (she combined two colors.) She’s sooooo sweet!
This is hands down the best salon in the area. I’ve been coming here for years since moving just down the street, and this review is long overdue! As someone who works from home, I’ve even brought my laptop to appointments, and the staff kindly provided a lap desk so I could work comfortably. When I became a new mom, I visited twice for pedicures with my baby in tow, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease. I have been a regular client at this salon, specifically seeing Tina for brow waxing. Today, I had an interaction with the salon owner's sister, who manages the front desk. Initially, I failed to call in advance and arrived to find Tina occupied with another customer. I was instructed to wait in seat 9 for 15 minutes. Instead, I chose to wait in my vehicle and set a timer for 16 minutes. When my timer expired, I called the salon to inquire about Tina's availability, given the 15-minute waiting period had elapsed. i wake up nails
It wasn't as busy for once. It was nice but lacked on massaging my feet and focused more on my legs. The hot stone was a bit hot as well. Overall, it was good
