1st visit here was great, see 1st pic of design (I believe the owner was the nail tech). 2nd visit I asked for ombré - inspo pic and results pictured. Just a heads up for anyone who usually gets French ombré that they use powder for the ombré, so you can’t get a true white. If you need any repairs or a nail fixed, you’ll need an appointment.
The builder gel was good and the gentleness my artist had was very nice. However the execution of the nails I wanted was very bad the first time (second pic). I wrote a review and almost immediately I got reached out to because they wanted to fix the problem! My reference pic is the first picture. They got me in later that same day fixed my nails and genuinely took care of me. At no extra cost to me and my nails look 10 times better The last photo is my nails now! Amazing! They are tentative, detail oriented, and great hospitality. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and haven’t had one bad experience. LOVE this salon and the people.
I am new to Monterey, on a tight schedule & got lucky with Tip&Toe . . . Jenny did a great Gel Nail Fill for me on the '1st go round'. The salon is very clean & seems to have about every color option there is . Thank You Jenny !
