I would not recommend Tinzie Realty for property management. I my opinion Shanna failed to enforce a very important term in the lease of my tenant, which resulted in over $50K in damages to my property. Shanna did not accept any responsibility for this. She lawyered up and stopped communication. Because of this incident, I had to terminate the management contract and pursue litigation.
I would not recommend Shanna to manage rental properties. In my opinion she and her assistant Daria were more focused on pleasing the tenant than protecting my condo. I feel that when the two failed to enforce the rental agreement provisions, it resulted in massive water damages. I feel betrayed by Tinzie for not taking responsibility for their actions. Thomas is an amazing realtor. We hired him to sell our home in Wickenburg. He was always available to answer our questions and Is very personable. Thomas worked with us and the buyers for a seamless closing ! We definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
If you are looking for a property management team Cindy Logan and her team are 100 % hands down the very best!!! She continually goes above and beyond what is needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!
