Uhh without question FIVE STARS. This place is by far and easily the absolute standard that all others have tried to copy since 1999. The best Nail Salon in SGV. There’s good reason why they have won Best of Pasadena so many times. It’s not because they buy advertising either. Of note: their recent staff additions and decor are unmatched anywhere around. Overpriced. $35 to use a spa chair & just get a pedicure.
Cash? They only take cash. There is only one small sign taped on the counter that states this. I did not go to the counter when I checked in because they told me to go pick my color. They made me leave my sandals and driver's license to shuffle over to the hardware store for cash in those foam flip flop things. Not a good experience.
