Wanted to sign up, couldn’t. The entrance is lock every time I try to went there. I go there when staff is supposedly there but no way to get in. Tried to call the number and no answer. Just trying to join, don’t know why it’s so difficult.

My husband canceled his membership and we have continued to get charged the monthly amount ever since (at least 5 months by this point). No luck in calling either phone number. Fortunately our credit card has refunded us for the disputed charges each month, but we should still not be getting charged. We read the one-star reviews too late - they are very true. 11/2025 update: Still getting charged every month, over a year later. We are still being refunded by our credit card at least.
