Everything was fine until I let them know I was moving my stuff out and would no longer need the unit. Apparently, the property had been SOLD, but the renters were NEVER notified. I contacted the new owner, once I obtained the info from a third party, and let THEM know I was no longer in need of the unit. They marked me as having paid everything in full. I reserved a unit and have paid, went to start moving in and there's a lock on it. Tried calling and .the person's mailbox was full. I expect to get reimbursed for days in june I was charged
