Definitely recommend this pediatric dentistry. Everyone is really nice and they make my daughter’s dental check ups comfortable for them!
Horrible experience with the front desk staff. I brought my children in a week prior for their routine annual checkups and was told they would need to return for additional dental procedures. While scheduling the follow-up appointment, I SPECIFICALLY asked whether the services they were scheduling would be covered by my insurance, and I was told YES. The worker use the family restroom up front and will sit on the restroom on their phone while kids are waiting to use the bathroom it’s a restroom back door they shouldn’t be able to take up the customer bathroom I ran next door to let my child use the bathroom when I came back they was still in there playing TikTok videos plus their verification process don’t work they will call you up here knowing your insurance is not active and have you wait over 20mins for them to say something then try to belittle you from what the wor... read more
