The wait was hours longer than they stated that the appointment time was. The room they brought my daughter was like a surgical/storage room. Not welcoming at all. They didn’t let me stay with her while they put her under anesthesia and when she woke up they were unprepared. I was told they don’t usually wake up this quick and it was a complete disaster. Child screaming, no help from anyone. Tried to grab my stuff and hold a screaming panicked child to take to my car. Terrible experience for both parent and child.
Heard nothing but positive things, so when it was time for our little guy to have dental work done, the referral was a no brainer. The team at Tiny Teeth are truly amazing. Warm reception from staff upon arrival and a cozy environment for our child to play and wait without creating any nervousness or anxiety from your typical dentist office.
