Everything - they are helpful, their fabric is fantastic and all of the employees get excited about the quilts the customers create.
Last week I was in Chicago and met a fellow sewist. The one fabric store close by was only open Thursday afternoon through Sunday and so I would not be able to visit it. I asked her for recommendations on other shops. She said that there were no other quilt shops and that “they all closed, everyone just goes to (big box) store”. Wow. Don’t take tiny stitches for granted. They have great hours, all the fabric is quality, you won’t find kits or projects at the big box store and above all else, it’s the people. Just called to place an order, OMG they were so nice and helpful. I know you say they have to be nice. No cause I have been places and called places that weren’t . Next time I’m up that way I’m going to the store.

GREAT quilt store that I call my “Home Store”. They are like family there. Not to mention all the wonderful fabric, notions, kits.... etc. I could go on and on and on....... If you have the chance to visit, you will fall in love!!
