For pediatric mental health I’m shocked. Office staff bullies and gives silent treatment as a means to get compliance with their archaic onboarding process. We waited three weeks for a first appt only to find out they cancelled it with attitude bc they didn’t have a copy of my drivers license. They never called or emailed to ask for it.
