Would very much like to give this unscrupulous person and company ZERO stars. I paid Nathan Light-Watson $119+K almost 8 years ago and never got my house. The shell sat on his lot for years in the weather, never completed. I had no way to get it to my property myself, because since he never put axels on it, I couldn’t get anyone to move it. I sued this company, but of course Nathan is not paying on the judgement. This company stole my retirement savings without a second thought and made ZERO attempts to make it right.
Giving proper review to Tiny SMART house for building my 220 sq. ft., 20’ Willamette Farmhouse on wheels called, Just B Tiny House in 2016. Working with the team headed up by Nathan Light Watson and Designer, we created the design using their model, choosing appliances and costuming other elements from long distance.
