This has been a horrible experience. We can’t seem to get a punch list completed. We overpaid with our cashiers check over 2 months ago and have yet to be refunded. Someone is always going to call you back but never we never get a phone call. I would definitely not recommend buying a tiny home from them.
This has been a great experience and easy process. They were not pushy, listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us find the right home.
I visited this place a year ago and had not made up mind at that time. I came back in June and the whole place has turned around. Very knowledgeable staff and the property is well kept now. GREAT JOB
