The staff show little consideration for people living near by. I understand some noise is normal but the constant screaming compitions between the kids is ridiculous.Staff, please get some control.. Update, Now the staff are screaming along with the children ,encouraging them,. Just Awesome.
Our child started daycare at 2.5 years old, and the transition was not easy. It took a lot of time, patience, and effort for all of us to help her adjust to a new environment and routine. We could not recommend Tiny Hoppers - Kitchener Williamsburg more highly. Our toddler daughter (1.5 - 2 years old) has been attending since Feb 2026 and she is OBSESSED. She claps walking into the center every morning and cheers. The staff make you feel confident that you are leaving your child in the hands with so much care who my daughter adores. We had toured many (many!) daycare centers, home based daycares and even tried the nanny route for a couple of months to find the best care possible for our little one. We just couldn’t come to the terms and feel comfortable anywhere else until we visited Tiny Hoppers at this location.
