Had a wonderful experience with an amazing salesman there that knew we weren't buying just exploring our options on the tiny houses and he was absolutely amazing! I havent seen customer service or hospitality like that in a very long time. It was very much appreciated and when I do make a decision I will be making sure I do buisness with him!
We started our search for tiny living undecided to build or buy. After a lot of research, we decided to buy. We started at Tim’s Tiny Homes in Seguin about a year ago, went to almost every tiny home lot in central and north Texas but wound back up at Tim’s! STAY AWAY! Tim is as corrupt as it comes. Thousands of false promises. Processed my 'good faith' check before I was even approved. Came to him with a unique situation and he made it seem like he would be my savior. This greedy, dimwit was attempting to get me to commit bank fraud. The reason he doesnt stay at a location is because is as maniacal as it comes. Stay away from him all costs!!!!
